Take a look at this new effort from Kansas City elected officials giving micro-brews a break . . .
Ordinance # 130460
"Amending Chapter 10, Code of Ordinances, by repealing Section 10-211, Number of retail alcoholic beverage licenses, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section of like number and subject matter which will allow the applicant of a microbrewery or manufacturer who wishes to sell alcoholic beverages to the public directly from their business to bypass the density requirement when applying for a retail sales-by-drink alcoholic beverage license."
TKC Glimpse @ Unforeseen Consequences: Look for Kansas City urban core convenience stores to try and get into the micro-brew game as well . . . I'm already thinking about branding for local prison wine and "Kansas City Pruno" has a nice ring to it . . . Not like hobos care about marketing anyhoo . . .
Beer drinking makes your tits grow.
