Kelly Jones, who joined KCTV in April 2010 and most recently was co-anchor on the station’s “Better Kansas City” local lifestyle show, is no longer with the station, sources have confirmed to Bottom Line.
Fun fact . . . Mayor Sly's new catchphrase has been "Making Kansas City BEST" which is really lame and reminds us that the fight against morning show conformity is a constant struggle.
She has that arrogant take control look some women in power get.

1)Did Jones know what was coming down the pike and try and get out in front of her axing?
2)Is there any editorial oversight on Hoops? The content of her profile runs counter to all of the, to be fair behind the scenes and anonymous, stories of Jones' diva behavior and vindictiveness.

ReplyDeleteShe was out of this small minded community's league. Gorgeous with a dominant personality. I liked her and accepted her wrong decisions on hairstyles. It took me 50 years to get my hair right. Thank god for that minor fault, because she was nearly perfect.
