JACKSON COUNTY SOON TO ENRAGE NEARLY 60K HOMEOWNERS!!!

NBC Action News reports a nice preview of political consequences: "The Jackson County Assessor’s office says it is in the process of sending letters to 58,000 homeowners after they believe bad data was used to calculate home values."

Not sure why this is a valid discussion on this blog. Most of the people here don't own a home and be affected other than higher rent.

When you children grow up and buy a home there might be a meaningful discussion, but not on this blog.

Mine was 20k higher than homes are selling for. Why should I pay pre housing crash values when I have already lost my shirt once with the instant devaluation of my home? We had to "right-size" our budgets so why doesn't the county?

I notice how any time Jackson County People actually need to accomplish real work, they fuck it up.

Total tax payer rip off to even have a Jackson County Government.
