Sadly, this report is mostly a presser for new software developed to assist taxpayer gouging at the behest of the local 1% and compromised politicos dependent on their patronage.
The $15K? What's to find?? The NIGGERS took and they have it; however, you'll not see it again. Those NIGGERS are protected by law and custom.
