Consultant Claims Box Stores Could Save Kansas City Citadel Plaza Disaster Zone

    F-ing consultants. How many of them does KCMO pay? It seems endless. You know what will fill that area? Capatalism. If a big box store (or any other with the means) wanted to open there they would. If someone thought they could make a profit there they would.
