Pitch offers perspective on a brilliant theory from one of the many people of City Hall's payroll: "A consultant hired by Kansas City, Missouri, seems to buck that analysis, suggesting that the blighted corner of 63rd Street and Prospect (Citadel Plaza) is ripe for four or five big-box retail stores."

F-ing consultants. How many of them does KCMO pay? It seems endless. You know what will fill that area? Capatalism. If a big box store (or any other with the means) wanted to open there they would. If someone thought they could make a profit there they would.
ReplyDeleteHow much more crap from China do we need?
ReplyDeleteCould my kindergarden child be a consultant to City Hall.
ReplyDeleteWho cares? None of you will shop there anyway. Wal-Mart would be a great asset to that area. Even for people who hate Wal-Mart, you gotta admit that it's better than asbestos.
ReplyDeleteNIGGERMart is the next, big thing for the area. If you build it, they will rob.
ReplyDeleteTony deletes what Chuck said...and until he stops deleting, or answers the question, we can do this ALL day long...
ReplyDeleteT, on Oct 10 2010 you said the following regarding Rizzo's explanation of his aunt and uncles illegal votes
"The details of Royster's latest claims of "voter fraud" amount to nothing more than voter registration questions that ARE EASILY ANSWERED.
Here's the thing . . . I've heard that answer."
So isn't it time you go on the record and explain what Mr. Rizzo said? Clearly even by your own admission John Rizzo knew.
Your readers deserve it.
GD and I thought Glazer was an asshole. 7:44 is for sure an asshole. Could be Byron?

ReplyDeleteanything that is built in that area will be robbed blind. It will become another Bannister mall.
ReplyDeletewe should start referring to anything that is built there as Bannister mall 2.0
