Fox4: "A man accused of taking a baseball bat to his girlfriend’s head inside a Liberty Motel room in December has again been accused of assaulting the same woman just one day before his sentencing hearing in the first case."
The girlfriend in questioned earned an outpouring of support when she accused the Kansas City baseball bat abuser via social media.
Follow-up reporting revealed the lady was "still in love" with her attacker but this tragic fact didn't enjoy the same Internets popularity as the initial meme even though it serves to remind everyone that love is a losing game,
