So, think of the CID efforts in Northeast as completely unprepared to deal with the very unique circumstances in Kansas City's most diverse community.

Have CID in my neighborhood. Don't see them doing much of anything besides sweeping the streets by hand. We need to get rid of CID and get some night time security.
