The GOP No-Veto Majority seems to be pushing back hard fought progress on the KCPD contract.
KCTV5 reports: A new collective bargaining agreement for Kansas City police officers is causing a stir with Missouri House Republicans. The new agreement requires officers who don't belong to their union to pay $73 in annual fees.
