It would be nice if law enforcement would just come out and investigate. For years, if you call about a house or car breakin, you will be advised by the KCPD that you will need to "walk in in" if you need a report for your insurance company. It is kinda like a Snow Emergency, except it is 24/7 every day.
Uh huh! exactly what was the last decade KCPD actually investigated a car break in?

Anyone caught breaking into a car will be given probation if they are even prosecuted. What's the deterent?
