Strangely, St. Paddy's Day in Kansas City brings out all of the politicos attempting to build goodwill.

They're all smiling and having a good time . . . Probably because Kansas City has given up on Democracy for the most part.

I can't believe Charles Wheeler would allow his 'air space' to be STUNK up by Berkley, who, next to Cleaver and Barnes, was the absolute worst mayor EVER.
Berkley and Wheeler were real Mayors.
