It's all politics. KCFD will hang around a gas leak because of some memo from the KCFD Chief for awhile.

Very strange. After JJ KCFD made it very clear that their policy was not to evacuate buildings. But rather wait until a laborer from the gas company got on the scene and let him take control of the situation.
True. You only hear about how awesome kckfd is and how they are one of the most aggressive departments in the nation.
Sorry someone had to die becuase the gas leaks aren't really "serious". Kinda dumb but that's Kansas City.
