This same person is still begging for money in his usual spot, in front of Noodles and Company. He is all cleaned up, got a new bike, new clothes, went to the dentist, etc... I spoke with him today and he asked me for spare change, then later in the conversation he told me he is buying a four plex, three of the units are rented and the other is vacant and he is going to live in that one. The others will pay rent and he will use it for income.
