KSHB and the ongoing drug war: "The owner of the Coffee Wonk in midtown was charged with intent to distribute and intent to create a controlled substance in 2010. He would have been the first business owner convicted of selling K2. Jurors decided Riggs was not guilty of selling a controlled substance."

K2 is such bullshit, and if you are smoking it you are a complete idiot. I don't know anyone who has tried it because if they are going to smoke something its going to be nug.

Actually, for those that are drug tested for work, K2 is an alternative to weed. I've smoked it, and it's all right, but luckily I don't get drug tested. So I stick with the good stuff.
I'm extremely curious to know how the jury came to that conclusion if we know HE WAS SELLING IT.
Does that mean the "K2" product he was selling falls outside the guidelines of an illegal controlled substance? Because, if that's the case, shouldn't the police give him his product back and allow him to continue selling it???
He was selling "Syn" which has none of the banned substances that were made illegal in the 2010 K-2 laws. The police seized the syn and tested twice for the illegal ingredients but found only trace amounts that most probably came from cross contamination.
