Fox4: A jury decided Wednesday afternoon that the Kansas City Chiefs did not discriminate against a former employee because of his age.
KC Biz Journal: The team successfully defended the suit from Steve Cox, a former maintenance manager who was terminated in 2010 after giving an employee an unapproved raise. Tony Romano and Eric Packel of Polsinelli Shughart PC represented the Chiefs.
