In a an outdated game that's defined by mostly useless stats - Spring Training wins could be the most meaningless of them all. I don't think they even mentioned Spring Training glory in the "Money Ball" geek movie classic.
Still . . . Kansas City sports teams are infamous for EPIC victories in games that don't count and what's worse is that our media scene is so minor league and dependent on corporate patronage that there's no challenge to this cycle of FAIL.

Given the Royals past if any of the players start to show an inkling of having any talent they will be traded or sold so they can turn into stars for another team. The Royals are nothing more than a farm team for the highest bidder.
