VERDICT ON DEAD TREE MEDIA REDESIGN???

Credit where it's due . . . The Star finally got their redesign right.

The site is clean, easy to read and colorful.

Sadly, we can't say it's user friendly given that Dead Tree Media discourages most reader interaction that contradicts their corporate worldview.

Still, the aqua blue makes me feel mellow and chill . . . Which is nice because it takes my mind off the downward spiral of this cowtown facilitated by big biz and PR hype posing as politics.

But more important than my ranting is what you d-bags think . . .

Will the Star redesign encourage readers to pony up for paywall costs? Or is it just delaying the inevitable dead tree media demise???

You decide!!! But consider the fate of far superior vinyl album art . . . Or improvements to the buggy whip.

  2. At least they didn't try to rip off the Times or the Journal.

This has a good layout, easy to read. And the blue is for their blue hair readers so it makes sense.
