ReplyDeletePeople don't understand or comprehend 7 and 8 figure accounting, but they sure as hell can get their minds around $15K.

This $15K will not go away. For no other reason than people believe it will stop the BS spending based on patronage at City Hall.

ReplyDeleteThe Westside is poorer, gets less money, has less graft and helps out more people---most of them who can't even speak english or be here legally.
Aside from the cops looking the other way at CAN and well funded Guadeloupe center shindigs I don't see a whole lot of graft.
I also see a better maintained neighborhood that I feel safe in any time of the night or day.
Perhaps the black eastside could learn something from the mexican westside!
12:05, it was rushed because Ossco had a plane to catch. Brooks demanded the cash ASAP and pulled every string to make it happen. Ossco came down to pick up the check, and then said he was leaving the next day to meet Mayweather. That's why Brooks made everything such a big rush job.
