Incentive from the d-bags @ The Downtown Council . . . "Respondents completing the survey before March 4, will be entered into a drawing for two tickets to comedian Lewis Black on April 13 and two tickets to jazz singer/pianist Diana Krall on May 1, both at the Midland Theatre."

The questions are pretty standard stuff and they all revolve around more City Hall cash for downtown at the expense of every other neighborhood in Kansas City.
