STANDING UP FOR SOUTH KANSAS CITY

KSHB and strange ideas from the Southland . . . Sadly, toy train ambitions are part of their pipe dreams: "More than 100 people, including city leaders, want to make sure south Kansas City doesn't go unnoticed . . . One of the first priorities of the South KC Alliance is to improve commuter rail service and support construction of a new ATA transit center at Bannister and Blue Ridge."

They want to strip mine every last penny out of peoples retirement funds, or whatever disposable income they have left after all the bills are barely paid.

Why the hell would anyone want to draw the attention of big development and invite them in to bulldoze your neighborhoods to the ground. Certainly you can't be that desperate for attention.
