SEASON OF KILLING STARTS EARLY NEAR KANSAS CITY CHUBBY'S DINER!!!
Midtown Kansas City denizens consider Chubby's to be a culinary institution of sorts.
The place is beloved by locals and it has been one of the most successful Midtown Kansas City diners serving classic burgers & fries fare in the last 20 years.
But violence surrounding the establishment has long been a topic of concern. Sure, the crowd after bars let out is lively and dining in the company of a tranny can be quite enlightening. But nobody wants to get shot in the head over pancakes.
Sadly, we're reminded that warm weather violence that often surrounds the diner (and often has nothing to do with patrons) has started early . . .

important to note: do not get killed inside the dive. I suspect they might grind your bones to make the patties.
Another reason to avoid eating at Chubby's. Bad food, poor management, even poorer services (with all the Meth-heads that work there) and now murder.
A known trouble spot for years, both for crime, and your stomach.
Hardly "beloved" by locals.
Well, maybe the plasma center crowd.

Dear Mr. Tony: Thanks for posting this info. 18 homicides so far in KCMO for 2013--more than in 2012, 2011, 2010 and 2009. Not looking good for cowtown--we seem to be on the way to becoming the new East Saint Louis (with no disrespect to that fine city.) Take care. Ernest Evans

Damn... anyone remember Candy McDonald slicing open the throat of another 15year old girls throat at the MacDonalds across the street? The girl bled to death in the doorway of Mickey d's...dangerous area!

To the person that commented about how bad Chubby's management, service, food, and meth-heads are, evidently you haven't been around to long because the restaurant has been open for 20+ years. They must be doing something right.
That family that owns that place only hires FELONS. They get a good deal from the State of Mo. on them. Saves money. (Wonder why they favor hiring FELONS?)
Also, there have been lots of killings and shootings around that place.
Also that neighborhood has been a BAD NEIGHBORHOOD for a long time. Full of druggies. Very bad news.
Didn't know that area was that bad i was over there eating earlier that day at someplace called Mr. Goodchicken....it was good i live in that area now i don't know about walking around...Mr. goodchicken had a lot of young black men should i b scared
