A fancy jpeg was recently put forth advising Kansas City to make time for Mayor Sly James and his second "State Of The City" speech.

It'll be nice to see so many of Mayor Sly's corporate supporters venture into this part of Kansas City. Also, there's a unique juxtaposition given that Kansas City has given this entertainment district so much cash with little payoff and there's no plan to do anything differently.

The "State of the City" address, to be given in the heart of NIGGERville. Now, that's just representative of the kind of place Kansas City has become. Just another version of Detroit...burned out, murdering, loitering, stealing, raping, NIGGERS!

I suppose since this is St. Joseph's Day our worthy Mayor will man up and just tell us the truth.. he sucks.
We're a great city, with smart leadership. And that's why we've decided to squander perhaps 10 to 20 times what is needed for a good, free, and unneeded transportation system over in the white part of town.

Dear Mr. Tony: Thanks for posting this info. It will be interesting to see if the mayor mentions KCMO's crime problems--he very pointedly did not in his last "State of the City" address. Now that January 2013 was the bloodiest January since 1994 perhaps the city's crime problems will merit a mention. With reference to 7:14 above, the homicide rate in the black neighborhoods of KCMO is equal to that of East Saint Louis--"City Hall, we have a problem." Take care.
