The hilarious mention in the KC Star when this happened, was that the powers that be, were consiering opening a Police Sub Station in the Center.
How fucked up is that?
It's so bad, it is so out of control, that the fuckin animals have to have a police presence right NEXT to the fuckin basketball court to keep the fuckin shitheel fucks from drawing firearms and shooting up the place.
