Google doesn't have to pay KC anything for ten years remember? Fiber is subsidized by tax payer cash.

What we're seeing here is an attempt at a second dotcom pump-and-dump type bubble locally, fed by investors who are desperate for huge short-term returns and who didn't learn a thing from 2000 and 2008 or are already so fucking rich they never have to learn anything. Learning lessons is for little people.
