The city is trying to clear the many narrow roads around the metro, so work and emergency crews can get through. “Those streets that they can’t get their fire apparatus down will be the areas that will start doing the targeted towing tomorrow morning beginning at 9, so we are ready for this next storm,” Troy Schulte, KCMO city manager said."
