KC had a fantastic streetcar system.
The old streetcar tracks could've lasted forever.
City couldn't wait to tear them out.
Then, within a couple years of yanking the tracks, the first whining about KC needing mass transit started.
old technology won't fix kc's long standing problems.
The legal challenge is a sound one. Note that the judge did not throw it out as frivolous as some of OUR public servants at City Hall have stated.
