KANSAS CITY SEARCHES FOR A DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF CITY COMMUNICATIONS!!!

Thanks to TKC TIPSTERS who sent us the online job listing for local government.

DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF CITY COMMUNICATIONS

Accordingly . . .

WORD IS ALREADY OUT AMONG AT LEAST HALF A DOZEN FORMER KANSAS CITY NEWSIES REGARDING THIS SWEET GIG AND COMPETITION SHOULD BE STIFF!!!

Still, like a great many City Hall jobs . . . This one is probably reserved for somebody with at least a bit of political pull.

The great and hopefully will inspire the new City Hall employee to finally get around to making improvements on the City's hopelessly old school website.

  6. Sweet gig- if you have no conscience, are good at lying, and don't mind being the fall guy for all the shenanigans at City Hall ("Oh, did I say THAT? I must have misspoke.")

  7. What happened to the "hiring freeze"??? Unless that just pertained to white people applying...

  9. Patronage is rampant. My old boss got so tired of the ass kissers getting advanced that he bolted. He used to say that if he had to spend one more lunch hour or happy hour with the sucks who own the hiring decisions, he was going to puke. Most of them have no life outside of the CH cabal.
