Nevertheless . . . Kansas City has never been averse to crass commercialism given that most of this town's political elite have been selling out voters to corporations for years.

In a similar vein.....why only have Coke and Pepsi bidding for the right to put their machines and product in your schools? Why not open it up to Monster, RedBull, Budweiser, Coors, etc.? Let the bidding begin!
