ReplyDeleteThis is only big news cause the kcpd rarely chases anyone anymore. And we're scratching our heads why homicides are at an all time high.
ReplyDeleteThey can't chase unless its a suspect from a violent felony. Drunks, careless drivers, etc. aren't allowed most of the time by the commanders.
