"Older workers"?? Now that's a joke. People over fifty can't even get a fucking interview, much less a job these days. If you're in this age group, forget it. You're not going to get hired and even if you have a job, you're going to get rifted at the first opportunity...

If they hadn't spent the last 40 years sitting idly by or collaborating in the anti-union hysteria of the corporatists, they'd live in a world with lot more equity and protections for them.
