What is a bigger tragedy is that scores of people know who did this (including several of KCPD's "finest"[*cough*]) and none of the slimy fucks give a shit.

At least three KCPD cops know who did this one. Problem is, the "doer" is a subordinate of a cousin of one of these three cop "buddies". These cops do a little business on the side with the cousin. ALL of them need to go to jail.
