Yup the Mo-Dot rocket scientists are about to screw the highway system up even more. Look at 39th and 291 in Independence. They closed it for months and created a friggen nightmare. What Missouri needs to do is undertake a bold plan to double the number of lanes - That is where the traffic flow is. In, fact the Federal Government should initial a program to increase interstate lanes coast to coast. What was once smooth sailing is a pain in the ass from coast to coast. Our Interstate highways system in a mess.
...meanwhile, Bushnell and the NE News fight hard against having meaningful public transit down the Avenue.
