Celebrate Kansas City Tech Envy
Actually, a really nice article from The Star that's sure to inspire more than a bit of envy among local denizens of the Internets and hopefully a bit of a reality check for "silicon prairie" hype: Meet the richest area native you've probably never heard of

Now here is a person who really made something of his life and by age 27 even, so kudos to him. I mean how many people can say they have told Steve Jobs no, sorry not interested? You know to be honest the Kansas City area is full of people such as Arash, great working people who do great things have a huge life and nobody even knows they are around because they live a what some would maybe call a normal quite life.
Then you look at say Craig Glazer and those like him who in greatness can't hold even a birthday candle up in comparison to someone such Arash but won’t hesitate for a minute to let you know all they have done and how it’s better than this Arash loser. Ever hear a Kemper or a Hall or a Watson blasting folks in public because you are not as great as they are, calling you a loser, gay or what not because you express an honest opinion of them. Nope you never do because they have what’s called class.
Just stop and think how many other people who are greater in what they do than the Glazer types and guess what, these people are not out there day in and day out feeling the need to shove their accomplishments down your throat. They run ads for their business and leave their personal life out of it. They never get on the air or in any publications or by their own hand making derogatory comments about people being such things as losers because they are not as great as they are.
No I assure you Arash is a person with class who I assure you can take a joke or some criticism and not go nuts going off on rants. Even Tony takes it at times and always acts the gentleman about it.
Just think how much more successful he would have been if GoogleFiber had been here for him.....
