I gotta be honest . . . Snow reporting isn't really my bag because the coverage is pretty standard, usually very sappy and mostly involves goofy reporters doing live shots on the crappy streets of this town.

Thankfully, most utilities are up and running so the situation isn't really so dire and mainstream media is mostly responsible for keeping people in their houses.
Most of this will melt by the end of the weekend so I'm wondering if I can get out of shoveling.

His people went into work today and snow removal is moving much better than in other times.
There is a definite improvement in morale and things are actually getting done.
I know your readers like to bemoan every aspect of municipal government but this is a situation where the Mayor and his team made things better. It's time YOU took notice.

Snow removal my ass. In Brookside we hired a private contractor to clear the side streets because we NEVER see a city plow. Fuck Sly and his Al Sharpton loving ass.
