For the record, TKC doesn't know Ann Murguia and she's really a white lady who married into the KCK family of power brokers with that name.
Nevertheless . . . In the absence of any political opinion alternative the Star is pushing their pony . . .
I'm probably supporting Cordell Meeks but mostly because I don't like taking marching orders from JoCo newsies . . .

Meeks is a NIGGER, with a goatee. That, in and of itself, should be ample reason NOT to vote for this asshole.
Murguia throws fits if she doesn't get her way. Just the fact that she aligns herself with Brownback is good enough to keep me from voting for her.
Ann Brandeau-Murguia has many ethics violations not just the ones publicized in the Star. Some neighborhood folks have been intimidated and bullied by her for different reasons. The sad thing is, many know this but are fearful of speaking up. God bless those who have the courage to actively voice their opposition and also by voting for a more suitable candidate!

Let's be serious, this is KCK politics. I doubt anyone including that Ann Character is Republican. I doubt anyone, in Wyco Commission is ethically pure, in the Johnson County way..but that's how chit gets done in WYCO,you have to be like a dog on a bone to get funds into your hood.
Ann is just about the worst choice unless you are on her short list of pet projects. Everyone else will be left out in the cold. Particularly Downtown.
It like everyone is afraid of Ann M., makes it sound like she is doing something right. Anyway, Joe Reardon's back door announcement he's quitting was done so other candidates could not organize a campaign.
And then Reardon endorses Holland,as he (reardon) is leaving.
