Background . . . For two years local anti-nuke activists have been trying to get their measure on the ballot and the Mayor and Council have shut them down. Now they seems to be gaining a bit of momentum and more than a few people tell us that their efforts are on blast among neighborhood groups.

Tony, you didn't mention Ed Ford's support of this measure or the fact that that Council could nix the vote once again and the whole thing could go back to court.
It's a vicious cycle and Honeywell has enough money to keep this off the ballot forever.
