There is A LOT of news going down today in Kansas City but let's backtrack for just a bit and review a story INSIDERS broke last week because it's going to come up again.

KANSAS CITY INSIDERS REVEAL THAT TOP DEMOCRATIC DUDE STEPHEN BOUGH MIGHT NOT BE COMPLETELY FINISHED WHEN IT COMES TO THE SPORTS AUTHORITY APPOINTMENT!!!
Today . . . Behind the scenes there are a great many middle-aged white dudes with law degrees working on the problem. Let's not call them "top men" but they do have a talent for finding loopholes.
To wit . . . Expect just a bit of "Bill Clintonesque" debate over the definition of "withdrawn" as it applies to Stephen Bough.

"Paul go in touch with Mike to let him know this didn't have anything to do with him. This goes a long way back and the only thing that's surprising is that the 'Eastern Jack Family Feud' resurfaced so publicly."

ReplyDeleteI am now hearing that the Governor screamed to high hell at Bough for losing his nerve on a phone call this weekend. He called Bough a "pansey" for sending a withdrawal message.
ReplyDeleteThere maybe things recently unearthed in Bough's financial history that if disclosed would be very embarrassing. That caused Bough to take his name out of the running.
Bough should go quietly into the night if he has any future ambitions. He is showing his immaturity for asking his 'friends' to keep this fight going just to save face.

ReplyDeleteYou're wrong 10:32 AM. This isn't Bough's first political fail. Bough tried to get both of the recent federal judge appointments that are controlled by Claire McCaskill. He was flatly turned down for both of them in the last year. This one is just a continuation of his failure.

ReplyDeleteHe was put in the chair of the county committee as a puppet by Mike Sanders and Dutch Newman. His whole job was to hold on to the committee for the lilly white, breeder leadership for a few years. He did everything he was ordered to do when it came to preventing Blacks from taking the chair and Gays from serving on the committee and in the legislature. That was the way Dutch and Mike wanted it, two of the biggest bigots ever to walk the streets.
I meant the 10:32 that said it was Bough's first fail. Not the 10:32 that said "No judgeship" because that 10:32 is right on!!
ReplyDeleteAnd remember, Bough was run out of the county committee! Bough knew the writing was on the wall and he couldn't even win a little county committee! This sports authority was the only thing he had to stay relevant. Now that's gone.... and the completion of Bough's irrelevance is complete.

ReplyDeleteIt's interesting that you have a story about Steve Bough right by a story about Cindy Circo! Are the two of them still sneaking around and hanging out? Cindy's ex-husband says Bough was way too friendly with her and he suspected things. Just sayin.
