Kansas City police said they were responding to a fatal shooting at Elmwood Avenue and Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard.
Again . . . That's 7 murders this week . . . 15 murders for 2013 so far AND . . .
THIS MARKS THE DEADLIEST JANUARY KANSAS CITY HAS SEEN IN 5 YEARS!!!
