Dead Tree Media reports on an old school building reprieve in a part of town that hipsters have been trying to revive for at least 20 years: "Four 110-year-old apartment buildings — the entire north side of West Armour between Wyandotte Street and Baltimore Avenue — which were to be torn down as part of a redevelopment project have been saved from the wrecking ball."
