KMBC reports that odds are pretty decent for getting away with murder in Kansas City GIVEN THAT THE COMMUNITY HASN'T STEPPED UP TO HELP CATCH MURDERERS despite so many local neighborhood killings: A police report issued this week said that of the 108 homicides recorded in Kansas City last year, 51 remain unsolved.
