Progress already visible in struggling KCMO neighborhood
The work by Rep. Brandon Ellington and his close group of supporters is impressive and comes by way of real community outreach, organization and hard work.
In a very real way, Rep. Ellington has helped to organize his community in a manner far more effective than so many "alphabet soup" organizations funded by KCMO.
