Fox4 and community building by way of firing threat: "The Independence School District says that they are hoping to strengthen the relationship between the district and the community, and now they are forcing the district’s administrators to become a closer part of the community – or possibly lose their jobs."

Great idea! It's the only way the administrators will truly understand the issues facing the community. Besides, they should support the district they work in by paying it their tax dollars.
