This guy sounds like he's ignorant. Are you kidding me? He's leading our police department. Please tell me he has someone with some intelligence holding his hand. That's depressing.

That's right, this is what we have to live with. Hot spots is working? That's a joke!!! He acts like he's come up with some brilliant policing plan, but it's the same old recycled crap. Putting out a video to show how inarticulate you are is just plain stupid. And that's probably the best of 100 takes. And no, he doesn't have anyone intelligent holding his hand. He surrounds himself with bigger idiots than he is to make himself look smarter. Impossible you say. Nope...his DC's are awful!!! A few are dumber than he is. JG is the only good commander on the floor. The PD is in chaos. Even the pay raises can't save this guy. There has never been such an absence of leadership as there is now. Forte is a complete and utter failure.

The parallels between Obama and Forte' are striking and speak volumes of the ignorant people who put them in place. Both Forte and Obama did absolutely nothing during their rise, they have no credentials and they are egomaniacs who are clueless in their current positions.
He has done more harm to the kcpd in 15 months than can be understood by most outsiders looking in. Itll literally take years to undo his mess and he has severely damaged a once proud police agency. If the kcpd doesnt replace him with an outside chief, I dont think itll survive.
