Kansas City R&B/Hip-Hop: "Breathe"

Take a look at this Kansas City R&B/Hip-Hop track with a bit of a social conscience:

Josey Whales feat. Daetona 500 "Breathe" (Official Video)

The lyrics challenge domestic and child abuse but the shots of the Kansas City skyline are also worth a look as well.

Obvious high point of Western Civilization.

Yeah, no shit. The rantings of an inner-city porch ape, circa 2013. Should be an endangered species and yes, it is it's own species..

You misused the apostrophe, white power genius.

That isn't music said...

I believe 7:58 may have meant "porch monkey", or possibly "yard ape".

With that information, plus that of the Apostrophe Paul above (grammar is like religion), we can all still ignore the hip-hop shit and move on to another post on TKC.

Boy, if the lack of an apostrophe is the best you can do, I'd suggest you stay on the porch Jasper.

How did the people who gave the world of music such wonderful gifts like jazz and blues degenerate into Hip-Hop? I guess Darwin was wrong about the survival of the fittest.

I've been critical of most of TKC's hip-hop features but this IS actually a good powerful message.
Still don't like most hip-hop, but I give points to this one. Good work.
