KANSAS CITY MISSING $15K NOW BECOMES A FRAUD CASE FOR DETECTIVES!!!
That missing $15K that we've been talking about for MONTHS . . .
Now there's a bit more investigation on the matter . . .
Kansas City fraud detectives are investigating what happened to a $15,000 city check that was issued for an anti-violence youth event that never occurred, police and city officials confirmed Wednesday.
Sadly, the same code of silence that confronts all Kansas City crime might be at work.
Let's not forget that Councilman Brooks has REFUSED to answer many questions about his involvement in the controversy.
And Mayor and Council seemingly want to move past the issue . . . So, while we hope this investigation yields results . . . It's important to realize that ALMOST NOBODY has talked so far.

If it was a $250 gift card from Blue Cross Blue Shield, we'd have Homeland Security and the FBI looking into it. But since it's just $15,000 from the city, it goes to KCPD.

Interesting factoid: Ossco Bolton's POSSE does not show up on any non-profit registration lists, hence no 990 tax returns and no accountability. Can't find POSSE registered with MO Secretary of State either.
And don't forget, the addresses used in this stealing debacle were Ron Hunt's.
Of course, Michael Brooks might have just hand delivered the check.
