I thought naked Pastors/Councilmen with the City's missing $15K was the new hotness, TKC.
He's taking evasive action from that "for-pay" parking lot.....next up, a soup kitchen (KP duty) to get some grub and then on to night patrol. An urban soldier's day never ends.

Ha, T, that's funny. I saw the same guy yesterday when I was leaving downtown. That's the same thing I thought...wow, full camos.
