Actually, the Plaza is always pretty packed when I go there, albeit without the "afraid of black people" Johnson County element. Whereas the speedway area is generally a dead zone. Build it way the fuck out there in the middle of nowhere, and they will NOT come.

A walmart, kohls, olive garden, and red lobster? I don't think the plaza or any other entertainment area in the metro area is in any jeopardy based on that line up.
