CITY COUNCIL MOVES ALMOST A MIL FOR TOY TRAIN STREETCAR MODELING TODAY!!!

KSHB confirms what we've been "discussing" for a couple of week . . . "Member of City Council in Kansas City, Missouri could vote to move nearly $1 million dollars into a transportation fund to get the ball rolling on the Kansas City Streetcar Project."

Previously on TKC we lamented the local transit "emergency" when there is none.

    Mr. Tony,
There IS NO emergency. Not like the ones faced by parents at 6:30pm every work day. How would you like to pick the kids up at daycare afterwork and really hustle to make the last bus? Shameful.

  10. They'll fuck this totally up, and then say - - oh here's how we can fix that, we just run track now to 39th and main, and name one of the street cars the Westport Express. Cost is no object. Whatever it takes.
