From The KC Biz Journal: "The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority announced Tuesday that bus ridership last year hit the second-highest level in 20 years. The bus system saw more than 16.1 million riders in 2012, up 3.6 percent from 15.6 million in 2011, the KCATA said in a release."

We all needs to riding the bus. The prez says so. Watch for an executive order saying so.
ReplyDeleteThis City does need better bus transit. Instead, they rolled back the pick-up times and that damned MAX Line is the pitts. They need a mass communication to the people that those buses only pick up at MAX Stations; otherwise you'll be sitting there until the next morning - if you haven't walked home by then.
