  2. BOA is such a fucked up business, I hope Cleaver DOES beat them. This is the fine outfit that won't let you use YOUR OWN MONEY, via a debit card purchase for ammunition. Who the hell do they think they are? Fuck Bank of America!!!

  8. First off, who actually uses Bank of America? Of all the crappy banks, BoA is among the crappiest of all the floaty turds. It's such a rotten and shitty bank.

Remember a few years ago when the tried charging people to talk to an actual teller? Yeah, BoA.

  11. If any decent investigative journalist would research the circumstances surrounding the carwash transaction, they would discover the whole scheme. Some clues are still available via the Jackson County website which details property records, real estate transactions/taxes, etc.

  12. Bank America is, without peer, the worst bank in America. Their people stink, their policies are untenable and their service is terrible. Why would anyone entrust their money to a "bank" like this one?? No, UMB, Commerce or any other local bank, is a much better choice for your business.

  13. BofA may suck, but they didn't force Cleaver to borrow money from them. They're just trying to force him to pay it back.
Cleaver is trying to screw the SBA and thus taxpayers, and the bank out of $1.6 million bucks. It doesn't matter if the bank is a stellar institution or BofA, Cleaver chose the lender.

Cleaver needs to quit stalling and pay back the loan. He's an embarrassment in Congress, and that's saying something!
