From Northeast News: "The City of Kansas City is now accepting applications for the 2013 Kansas City, Mo., Opportunities Scholarship Fund, a scholarship grant program funded by The Port Authority of Kansas City, Mo., and area casino gaming operators. The scholarship serves Kansas City, Mo., young adults ages 17 to 25 who live in households that have a total annual income of 80 percent or less of the median income of Kansas City, Mo., households."
